Experience Comprehensive, Personalized Care
Traditional physical therapy often limits patients to just 15 minutes with a therapist before transitioning to standardized exercises guided by an aide. At our practice, we take a different approach—one that treats the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Pain is not simply a physical sensation; it’s a complex experience influenced by sensory, emotional, and psychological factors. Breakthrough research in pain science, including fMRI studies, demonstrates that regions of the brain associated with emotion and memory activate during painful stimuli. This evidence underscores the deep connection between the mind and body—a principle that guides every aspect of our care.
An Integrative Approach to Chronic Pain
Unlike conventional physical therapy, which often focuses on acute injuries or isolated conditions, our practice specializes in chronic pain and widespread conditions that require a more nuanced approach. Each 50-minute session is thoughtfully designed to restore function and improve quality of life.
We combine advanced manual therapy techniques, gentle movement practices, and personalized education to address not just the physical symptoms but the underlying contributors to pain. Our approach integrates modern pain science with the wisdom of osteopathic medicine, embracing the interconnectedness of the mind and body.
Personalized Care Designed for You
We understand that every individual’s experience of pain is unique. That’s why we prioritize a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that takes into account your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. Together, we’ll develop a tailored plan to help you achieve lasting results and regain control of your life.
Privacy and Convenience
Your privacy is our priority. Our discreet, HIPAA-compliant services ensure your information is protected. For your convenience, we offer in-home physical therapy sessions throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas, allowing you to receive expert care in the comfort of your own space.

Our Approach to Insurance
At our practice, your healing journey takes priority over the limitations imposed by insurance companies. Our mission is to address the root causes of your ailments—not just the symptoms—using a comprehensive and integrative approach to care.
Insurance often restricts the treatments and time spent with patients, but we believe true healing requires a personalized and patient-centered approach.
Why Choose an Out-of-Network Provider?
We understand that navigating chronic pain can be both emotionally and financially draining. Endless appointments, fleeting results, and incomplete solutions can add up in more ways than one. By choosing to work with us as an out-of-network provider, you gain:
Time and Focus on You: Insurance does not dictate the length or frequency of your sessions, allowing us to dedicate the time needed to uncover and address the root causes of your pain.
A Truly Individualized Plan: Each treatment plan is customized to your unique needs, integrating advanced techniques that may fall outside traditional insurance coverage.
Holistic Care: Our integrative approach considers all aspects of your health and unresolved issues, helping you achieve lasting relief when other providers have fallen short.
Cost-Effective Results: Investing in targeted, effective care saves you the frustration, time, and expense of repeated, ineffective treatments.
Transparency and Flexibility
While we do not participate as in-network providers, we aim to make your care as straightforward and accessible as possible:
Insurance Reimbursement: At the end of your session, we can send you a detailed receipt, including insurance codes, which you may submit to your PPO insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note, you may need a prescription from your doctor depending on your policy.
Flexible Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards (Amex, Discover, Visa) as well as Venmo and Zelle. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are also excellent options for covering session costs.
HMO Policies: Unfortunately, HMO policies do not cover out-of-network providers and are not accepted.
The Bottom Line
Our goal is to provide care that works for you—care that delivers results and empowers you to take control of your healing. With one-on-one sessions tailored to your needs, we’re here to help you find relief, restore function, and regain your quality of life.
